Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for a stress-free check in. Please understand arriving late will shorten your treatment. As a result the cost of the full treatment will be charged.
We also recommend that you allow extra time to allocate yourself parking during busy holiday season and weekends. This will enable you to present for your scheduled appointment on time.
Schedule In Time
Consultation Time Required – $50 for 30mins.
Redeemable on product purchases or treatment programs.
Please add on consultation time if you intend to discuss an individual homecare program or to decide courses of professional treatments to achieve maximum results.

Card only payments. All prices include GST.

Gift Vouchers
Our vouchers are valid for Day Spa treatments & skin care products. For your convenience they can be purchased over the phone with a credit card and then mailed out to you or the recipient. For further enquiries please contact our reception.
Reservations & Cancellations
For all enquiries and bookings please call us on 0408 443 460. We do not take enquiries and bookings over Facebook.
24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation without notice will incur a 50% fee of the cancelled treatment value. Packages require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure reservation.
